Natalie Mikaels is a landscape photographer based in New Hope, Pennsylvania. This award-winning artist has keen eye for the visually spectacular and many changing disposition of nature. Though her photography, she has attracted a wide audience around the world. Natalie attended the New York Institute of Photography where she got her training. She has been traveling for many years all over the United States searching for unique scenes of majestic atmospheric and light conditions. Her photography is in both national and international corporate and private collections. She’s represented by an international publishing company and distributor of fine art reproductions called Image Conscious. Framed Natalie Mikaels art are sold through a variety of channels. She also produces art in many other finishing options. Her goal when creating an image is to convey the spirit of the person or place. She wants her photographs to evoke in the viewer the same emotional response she also experienced at the time she was taking the photograph. Her work is based on the notion that visual imagery should evoke emotion and tantalize the senses. She strives to capture the essence of the moment, and then reproduce it on a digital canvas. It seems to her that anything which enhances the experience of a viewer of a photograph is a good thing. She aims to build images that are as provocative, dynamic, and energetic as possible. Every image she produces starts with old-fashioned, good fieldwork, followed by the appropriate selection of tools to produce the best photograph. The vibrant colors seen in her images are the result of taking photographs in very specific types of light, and having mastered the technical properties of her camera.
