Barbara has exhibited throughout the USA and in Guatemala in museums and galleries including the Museum of New Mexico, Santa Fe, The Philbrook Museum of Art, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and the Eiteljorg Museum, Indianapolis. She derives imagery from her interior space that she has created through several years of dream work and meditation practice. She was educated at DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, where she graduated in 1969 with a BA in Fine Art.
