Sue Schlabach is a Vermont-based artist who's had passion for art making since her childhood days. She has created numerous artwork pieces that are available for art lovers in diverse finishing options, including canvas, prints, framed, and more. Sue has been working with Wild Apple for well over 15 years, working as an artist, graphic designer, and art director. From a very young age, she was inspired into art making while living in southeastern Pennsylvania in a house filled with diverse objects including books, ticking clocks, reference to botany, among several other things. It's in that house that she began art making, something that has stayed with her throughout her life. Sue creates her artistic works using acrylics, oils, and mixed media, adding to her versatility as a painter. She took art studies in a small art college before going into the graphic design world. That marked her first notable step toward art making. Sue’s involvement with Wild Apple has been of great value to her artistic life, exposing her to a number of tasks that have improved her artistic skills and seen her hold a number of artistic positions.
She collects ephemera and has helped acquire letters and botanical art for Wild Apple's archive. Sue is a central Vermont resident, living in there together with her family that consists of her husband, daughter and herself. Her artistic works are available in galleries across the globe. They’re displayed in both private and public collections. Sue covers a variety of subjects that include birds, flowers, monuments, and a host of other objects.
