Janelle Penner resides in British Columbia, Canada. Her artistic journey began early in life and she was inspired by the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She loved anything with an artistic flare, be it three dimensional or two dimensional arts. Her inspiration came from every art form; from advertising to the early masters, to modern day graphics. Her dream was to become an artist and she knew she had to work hard to achieve this dream. Janelle has been able to put to good use her talent in the work she does currently. She’s primarily a self-taught artist and has developed her own style of painting. Her work has led her to a state that she now feels more comfortable with life. While painting, the hours she spends in the studio seem to fly by because she loves what she’s doing.
