American artist Charlene Winter Olson specializes in creating traditional style paintings; but she spices her creative pieces with some form of contemporary design. Charlene was born and grew in Georgia. She uses a number of different styles in her works, but often prefers to use impressionist art to express her creative ideas. Charlene studied art at Georgia University. Her training has a lot of influence on her art but she's open to new ides and techniques in her work, always ready to experiment with ideas to expand her versatility. She is currently based in Athens, Georgia where she produces her artwork. She’s been a painter for several years and has produced art pieces that have sold in different galleries across the United States and other countries. She owns a gallery called Norm Olson together with her husband. Her work has been easier because she gets a lot of support from her husband with whom she’s worked together in her marketing, creating, and distributing work. Charlene uses all types of mediums, including oil, acrylic, printmaking, watercolors, pen & ink and collage. This diversity makes her art to be highly collectable and has made her art to reach many countries.
