Italy-based artist Marco Fabiano likes to work in oils. He studied both fine art and ceramics in art school. All his arts display a delicacy of touch, simplicity of application, and a wonderful understanding of color. His work is very characteristic and has a specific style that is very unique. His style is pretty controlled, but oils really force him to allow things to happen. He adds textures to something that would otherwise look very flat. For him, simple objects hold the potential to be amazing things. He says that people just need to look at these little things in a new way to discover their beauty. Fabiano loves being surrounded by artwork that other artists have produced so he can also learn from them. He is always on the lookout for new styles and techniques. He usually has color palettes that work well together hanging around. His art work is informed by his Italian heritage, and is influenced by other retro-vintage poster designers such as Ken Bailey, Kerne Erickson, Michael Kungl, and Steve Forney, with a special emphasis on Romanesque and Renaissance and Italian expresso themes, as well as other aspects of what might be referred the "culture of sophistication," including gourmet cuisine, high fashion, and cocktail drinks. Fabiano also loves experimenting with art and design and this has led him to continually create new works that add complexity to simple things. Framed Marco Fabiano art have been to many art exhibitions where they have caused a lot of excitement.
