Cindy Miller Hopkins is an independent photography professional residing in Colorado Springs, Colorado Area. Her skills include Travel Photography, Landscape Photography, Digital Photography, Commercial Photography, and Photojournalism, among others. Cindy’s images can be seen on the pages of hundreds of travel brochures, textbooks, calendars and other consumer products, as well as magazines. She’s represented by Danita Delimont. Her assignment, workshop and freelance career has taken her to more than 140 countries in seven continents. She’s a co-president of the NANPA Foundation Board and has been long-time member of the American Society of Picture Professionals for a long time. An average year for her includes about 60 percent assignment work and 40 percent freelance work in more than 175 days of travel. Cindy also teaches photography workshops on small expedition-style cruise ships. She has also led a few photography tours for the NANPA Foundation. She loves being a NANPA Buddy. NANPA has a Summit each year where they select existing members to be buddies to Summit attendees or new members so they will feel more like they are part of the events. Buddies try to put each person at ease by answering their questions and. They show the new members around and introduce them to other members. Often, they attend breakout sessions or eat lunch together. It’s great fun! Cindy assists in running the NANPA Foundation to ensure the many programs that they fund for NANPA take as long as possible. Her photos are found in many collections in the U.S. and abroad, with the framed Cindy Miller Hopkins art being the most popular.
