Framed Supernatural Posters depict the two brothers as they travel nationwide in an endless quest of exterminating malevolent supernatural creatures. The series came a long way from the initial plot and its creators managed to extract an astonishing amount from the basic ideas. In fact, the original story concluded after five seasons as intended and the series evolved from that point onward, as new characters were introduced and the narrative got thicker.

The central characters were initially reluctant to continue with the Supernatural series, but they were convinced to stick to the plan. Even though Kripke was the show runner only until the fifth season concluded, the success of the series continued. It was renewed for another season which will air in 2016, so even more Framed Supernatural Posters are expected to become available in a not so distant future. Supernatural is also one of the few TV programs that had the fans writing fiction stories about the show, with some of them being referenced in the series.
