Framed Fire Truck Art
Centuries ago, small towns and big cities alike were vulnerable to fire and whenever one broke out it had the nasty tendency of spreading quickly from one residence to the other. Fire trucks are now an invaluable tool in the arsenal of firefighters, highly mobile and capable of responding to emergencies in just a matter of minutes.
FramedArt.com pays respect to these vehicles while providing art lovers with some of the best framed fire truck prints money can buy.
The fire engines are used by various departments and their versatility recommends them from missions that are not necessarily limited to putting out fires. They also carry equipment that is used for rescue missions and the ladders, axes and pike poles are easy to deploy. Framed fire truck prints focus mostly on the vehicles themselves and the comprehensive collection includes some of the early fire engines, as well as the latest vehicles that can be seen in the streets today.
There are many differences between the fire trucks, even though they are usually based on the standard lorry model. One thing that the framed fire truck prints can’t re-create is the feeling of such a vehicle approaching an emergency, with its visual and audible warnings. The horns, sirens and the numerous flashing lights, are meant to raise awareness about the presence of the fire engines and alert nearby drivers and pedestrians. Since they are supposed to address a pressing matter, they have priority and people are expected to get out of their way.
