Framed World Trade Center Artwork
The World Trade Center, a complex of many commercial buildings, is located in Lower Manhattan in New York City. It was also home to the iconic Twin Towers, which were destroyed in a terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001. Framed World Trade Center art provides us with some stirring and beautiful pieces of The World Trade Center and Twin Towers, both before and after its destruction.
“The World Trade Center,” by Jerry Driendl, depicts the Twin Towers with the Statue of Liberty, evoking emotion at the grandeur and endurance of New York City, and the freedom and liberty all have who come to New York. Another beautiful piece, entitled “Midnight Dreams - W.T.C.,” by Richard Nowitz, is a beautiful photograph of the World Trade Center and Twin Towers that framed World Trade Center artwork offers us.
There is also a wide variety of artwork done after the destruction of the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001. Framed World Trade Center art pieces offer some poignant, touching, and meaningful pieces that depict the tragedy of what happened but also the strength and grace that remained in the city and in those who helped on that never to be forgotten day. “Firemen Raising the Flag at World Trade Center,” by Thomas Franklin, is a powerful portrayal of the destruction of the Twin Towers but also of the resiliency of those fighting who refused to give up. “Reunite, Rebuild,” by Joe Esquibel, is another beautiful painting that illustrates the unity and resiliency of rebuilding and never giving up, even amongst devastation and destruction.
The World Trade Center will always be a memorable and iconic piece of history and New York City culture not just for its beauty and splendid architecture, and also because of the terrorist attack that ultimately demonstrated the resiliency and bravery and strength of The World Trade Center and of the many who fought to protect it and rebuild it, so that it can always be remembered as a compelling piece of history.
