Framed Grand Teton Posters

Framed Grand Teton National Park Art brings in the spotlight the three protected areas and the national forests that act as a home for hundreds of species of plants and animals. Humans have inhabited these lands for more than 10,000 years and Native Americans used to hunt here during the summer months. After North America was colonized by Europeans, fur trading companies were attracted by the richness of this land and extensively hunted the animals living here.

Many of the animals were on the list of those threatened with extinction, but as a result of the efforts made to preserve them and the establishing of the national park, they made an impressive comeback.
