Among young American actors, Zac Efron is definitely one of the most successful despite the fact that he only started his career in the early 2000s. It was the Disney Channel that made him famous and he scored his first big hit after featuring in the series Summerland.

Firefly, the Guardian and ER were three series in which Efron had a guest role and he got the same opportunity in CSI Miami and NCIS.
