Framed The Good the Bad and the Ugly Art
“The good, the bad and the ugly” is a famous Western movie directed by Sergio Leone, with Clint Eastwood, Lee Van Cleef and Eli Wallach starring in it. It was one of the movies that achieved a huge financial gain when released, but received mixed critics because of the general disapproval of Western movies genre of that time.
Only some time later, the movie received the recognition as a great piece of film-making art.
The movie shows a great plot and storyline with three gunman on a mission to find a large sum of buried gold, hidden somewhere in the desert, during the American Civil War. They went through different hardships and critical situations, so they could achieve their goal of great riches. If you love the old Spaghetti Western movie genre, a framed poster of “The good, the bad and the ugly” will be a great addition to your home.
Sergio Leone emphasized a lot on close up shots, long scenes, violent situations and a lot of impressive gunfights. All these things brought more tension to the movie, and gave it its own charms, that were a real pleasure to watch for the Western genre lovers. This movie was made as a third installment of the Dollars Trilogy, with “A Fistful of Dollars” and “For a Few Dollars More”, as its predecessors.
The music was made by Legendary Ennio Morricone, so that every element of drama and intense situation could be emphasized through the songs of this great artist. Every one of the main characters had one of the instruments to represent him (ocarina, flute and human voices). The main theme song also became very popular, and was a great reminder for any movie lover about how impressive one legendary Western movie can be.
