After al these years in this industry she realized her true passion was in creating art, and now offers a diversified line of trend and color driven artwork in the Home Decor market where she brings her fresh ideas and design. Studying at Brooklyn College provided her with the opportunity to interact with many professional artists who had and still have strong influence on her art. She has now become a leading artist in her own right. Marilu is best known for her prolific new designs, and she sells most on her work to major home décor retailers in the United States and to many international clients. She has produced thousands of original designs. She serves the hospitality, architectural and interior design communities both domestically and internationally with her art. Marilu produces each print individually with careful controls to ensure color fidelity and accuracy. She’s been absorbed in making paintings that evoke emotions of the viewers.
