American fine art artist Amy Wilson (Born 1973) also teaches drawing and art history at the School of Visual Arts. She was born in New York City and has loved art since her childhood. Her passion for painting compelled her to join School of Visual Arts in New York City from where she graduated with a bachelor of fine arts in 1995. Thirsting for more education and wanting to improve her art she proceeded to Yale University in New Haven, from where she graduated with Masters of Fine Art. Aimee uses watercolor as her primary medium, although she also works with pencil on paper. To reach out to more partners and customers she participates in a number of exhibitions, both group and solo. Aimee mostly uses paper and pencil to make her books, drawings, and for designing her 3D sculptural works. Aimee’s art covers topics such as household items, products, fashion, girls, among many others. The artist speaks to viewers through her art, which mostly say something about her life. She produces her art mainly as framed Amy Wilson art. And the works are sold through a gallery based in Chelsea, New York called BravinLee programs. Aimee is also a good story-teller, and ability that also helps to her to pass her message across. She creates artwork that provides a collage of text and figures. Her story-telling ability has attracted several fans all over the world. A number of customers have therefore commissioned her to create customized pieces for them.
