Antony Squizzato (Born in 1975) decided to establish Pop-Constructivism after he found no existing genre that could classify his work. This was in response for his need for a change and the enjoyment of owning a technique. Though he’s loved art for as long as he can remember, it was not until 2013 that he began a full-time painting career. He uses the current technology, rationalized, digitized, as well as the old masters’ oil techniques. He art displays a prominent graphic style, with noticeable chromatics and a full discharge of energy. Before he became a full time artist, he worked in the digital advertising industry for 15 years. He used to work as a creative director but never felt the satisfaction he needed in life. He wanted a career in which he would freely express his creativity and to share with others the pieces of art that he had produced by himself. Squizzato reached the limits of the system and finally felt the urgency of his own creation so as to realize a vital need of freeing his imagination. He has become one of the leading artists in the world and is much sought after, more so because of the framed Antony Squizzato art that usually stand out wherever they are displayed. He has a free mind, always searching for meaning to flee from the dictatorship of instant information. Most of his works depict a twofold society of loneliness and networks, the transfiguration of identity through devices and screens. . He constantly challenges himself because he likes to learn new things.
