Myan Soffia is a self-taught photographer, an artist and painter based in Los Angeles but originally from the east coast. She’s inspired by her surrounding and by her favorite artists to create little boxes full of imagination, colors, and light. Myan is crazy about art and absolutely smitten with Los Angeles. She has always loved art and she used to spend her days as a television graphic designer and then also worked as a television promotions producer. Something always told her that her life would certainly take a different path. True to her instinct, today she takes pictures of kiddies, kitties, and Los Angeles, and wakes up with her baby boy. Her art have been feature in Dream San Francisco postcard book, ABC's Modern Family, West Elm LA, FX's Anger Management, Westways Magazine October 2014, Gauntlet Gallery San Francisco, Apartment Therapy, FOSSIL Life Style Blog, VHCLE Magazine Issue 12, 7 For All Mankind jeans, and many other publications. She’s so grateful that her work can be seen in magazines, books, and to have also found homes as set decor on ABC’s Modern Family and in Lana Del Rey’s album Ultraviolence. Many of her photographs are ocean scenes in warm tones with warm golden sand and blue/green waters. These images are quiet and calm, offering an air of calmness to the viewer. Framed Myan Soffia art are sold in many outlets all over the world and are highly priced by many discerning collectors. They can be found in many prestigious galleries and museums around the world.
