Lee Sie was raised in Northern California though he was born in Utrecht Netherland. His art is in many galleries and collections around the world, and he has participated in many art exhibitions and shows where his art has attracted the attention of many viewers. He’s so much inspired by the feedbacks he gets from his viewers and from art critics. His art are quite inspiring to both the established and the upcoming artists – this is more so for the framed Lee Sie art. As a photographer, he’s very happy when shooting alone outdoors— shooting the surroundings, the sky, the forms and colors provided by nature — and capturing the raw material that later he’ll make into fine images through a digital process. He’s forever fascinated by the variations that nature provides. Some simple changes such as seasons and weather can transform a place in ways that our imaginations cannot fathom. He now resides in San Diego, California where his art is represented by Adelman Fine Art Images. Sie is grateful to be living in the twenty-first century when digital photography enables him to express his artistic vision of the natural world. Sie takes photography as a means through which he communicates his feelings about nature to the whole worlds. He believes that actually a picture speaks more than a thousand words. Everywhere nature’s lighting and set designers are at work - and he says working with them is her honor and pleasure.
