Joseph Nigg Art

Joseph Nigg (1782 –1863) was a painter from Austria. He was specialized in painting on porcelain, though he could also paint on other mediums. Born in Vienna, Nigg studied with Johann Baptist Drechsler at the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna. After his graduation, he worked as a flower painter in a porcelain factory in Viennese. He combined a unique sense of personal relationship with realism and impressionism leaving the viewer inspired. His work has been brought into countless homes, businesses, and exhibited all over the world.
