Lauren Moss Art

Lauren Moss was born and raised in Tyler, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art History from the University of Texas at Tyler. She graduated from here in 2005 and her areas of Concentration were the Art History of the 18th and 19th Century. Her minors were in Psychology and Spanish. Her B.F.A. Thesis was “Virgo Lactans and Cultural Borrowing." She has exhibited at Things Found Series, Raw Artist Showcase, EAST Austin Studio Tour, Romani Gallery, Raw Showcase - D.H., OmniArtHouse, BFAG Member Gallery, Urban Underground, among others. Lauren has established herself as a professional career artist and life as an artist has been rewarding for her. She doesn’t fear to paint; she takes up very complex projects and completes them within the stipulated time and budget. She’s had natural sculptural installations placed at The University of Texas at Tyler, along with many works in collage and printmaking, added to the Collections at the University. She’s has natural sculptural installations and Spirallis, Wind Dancer, City of Yah, Entangled, Spirallis Rises, Serpent's Tongue, all at UT Tyler. Lauren has worked individually and collaboratively on a variety of dedicated interdisciplinary projects for more than 10 years. The framed Lauren Moss art are found in almost all corners of the world. Many collectors stock large numbers of Lauren’s art because they are in great demand. Her art adorn the walls of some of the most prestigious spaces in the world. Lauren has had exhibitions in Sacramento, California; Portland, Oregon; Hudson, New York; Austin, Texas; Brooklyn, New York; Bastrop, Texas; Maine; Seattle, Washington; Traverse City, Michigan; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; among others.
