Tammy Kushnir is a mixed media and digital artist from Philadelphia where she lives with her husband and 2 sons. Art is a challenge and passion she has enjoyed for many years. Tammy says she has been an artist from her childhood days. She would pass time doing art at a very young age. Tammy paints with a lot of colors, which brings satisfaction to her, and she has refined and enhanced her technique over the years to make her paintings look real. Demand for Tammy’s work has also grown over the years as she continues to participate in art exhibitions and shows. She enjoyed new artistic challenges from a young age and was encouraged by her family’s remarks about her artwork. Her works are currently mainly inspired by vintage and whimsical styles. Tammy’s designs can be seen on iPods and cell phones through Wrappz and Decaskin. She produces original work for collectors and for licensing prints, cards, posters, etc. Her works have appeared in various Stampington & C. magazines such as Card Trends, Altered Arts, Somerset Life, Somerset Studio and Somerset Memories. Tammy has also authored two books: Wedding Journals and Keepsake Gifts, which was published in 2008, and The Elemental Journal that featured in the North Light Book, Crafty Birds. Tammy’s art has evolved over the years, from hand drawn works to mixed media art. She’s always keen to detail and doesn’t discount anything that can be used to tell and create a wonderful story that can provoke an unforgettable feeling in her viewers. That’s why framed Tammy Kushnir art sell in large numbers.
