Tony Koukos Art

Tony Koukos holds a University degree in business. After his graduation, h worked in the financial services industry for 7 years. In 2004, he resigned from his position as he wanted to make a change in his career – he decided to become a photographer. Koukos had no education or experience in the art and design industry. However, his passion for design, photography and travel surpassed the fear of failure. He loves to capture the little details of our beautiful surroundings…. the little things that everyday people ignore as they walk by and don’t even take the time to appreciate. He has participated in many shows including IDS Toronto Interior Design Show, The Artist Project Toronto, IIDEX/NEOCON Canada, Toronto, Toronto Art Expo, Toronto, Artist Project, Toronto, Interior Design Show, Toronto, One of a Kind Show, Toronto, The Burroughes Gallery, Toronto, Greek Film & Foto Week, Toronto, among others. He says that beauty can be found everywhere, from the shimmering ocean in Miami, to the crackled wood textures in the Greece’s Cycladic Islands of and ornate architectural details of Paris. Koukos has travelled to many countries including Australia, Italy, Thailand, Cuba, Turkey, Croatia, Morocco, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, and many more. He devotedly returns to Greece each year to capture the beautiful scenes such as the whitewashed villas of the Greek Isles. Many nature lovers have framed Tony Koukos art hanging on their walls. He currently resides in Canada but finds inspiration throughout the world. His art has appeared in many publications and they can be found in many galleries and art museums.
