Elizabeth Gonzalez Art

Elizabeth Gonzalez is a painter whose art is inspired by family life and the wonderful works of nature. Besides painting, she also works with ceramics that she hand builds using clay. Elizabeth has been creating art since she was young. At the age of 9, her mom and aunt taught her crotchet and she later learned other artistic disciplines including papier mache, sewing, ceramics, glass work, embroidery, and needlepoint before learning collage and painting. After attending a ceramic workshop in 1996, she started a lifelong art business. From that workshop, her biggest inspiration was the fact that she learned she could transform a piece of clay into anything she wanted. After delivering a few of her works to a local store, things turned for the better. Elizabeth worked as a professor in management and a ceramic artist for close to 15 years but she later decided to dedicate her time fully to art. For a period she spent most of her time drawing and painting before she opened up to experiment with mixed media. Through such an experiment, she discovered her bigger potential and has enjoyed working with mixed media, allowing her to discover her talent as a Product Designer. Framed Elizabeth Gonzalez art and a host of other of her art pieces are selling in reputable stores Puerto Rico. Her works are also in several homes in Puerto Rico, India, U.S., Brazil, Hungary, Costa Rica, Italy and more. Elizabeth is blessed with 3 sons and she continues to create art.
