Michelle Faber Art

Michelle Faber wants her artwork to inspire people and to help them feel that they are connected to nature and to animals. She also wants to encourage her viewers to realize their true selves and that they can accomplish so much more than they know. She was born in an artistic family and many of her talent's come from her mother who was an established artist. Michelle obtained an Associate's degree in Fine Art in 2002. After her graduation, she taught private art lessons out of her home. Michelle plans her paintings ahead using a value pattern, sketches, and color and texture choices. She then allows perception and impulsiveness to take over, while she enjoys the ride. She has painted murals for various homes and businesses as well as commissioned paintings and portraits. Her paintings have developed from her strong passion and regard for the treasures of nature - the landscapes and beautiful objects around us. It also developed from her desire to represent these treasures so that others can taste and enjoy their beauty. Michelle's paintings can be described as whimsical and surreal; in them, the subjects come to life with drippy colors and detail that draw the viewer in.
