Lei Chen Art

Lei Chen (Born in 1984) was born in Shangqiu, Henan, China. He currently works and lives in Beijing, China. His love for color, form and shape has inspired his most recent paintings. His work has a certain appearance and close up look that bring the viewers to a position that they feel they are part of the composition. He’s known for contemporary painting and is a graduate of Cental Academy of Fine Arts from the Sculpture Department. His approach to painting takes an original twist and a fresh outlook. He paints in a range of vibrant and unexpected colors rarely found in the natural world. He developed his own way of producing his art which has made his art to be easily recognizable. He has produced innumerable pieces of art all of which are of high quality. The artist provides high quality art to his clients. Many of his clients appreciate the fact that his art is not only perfect for decoration but they are also great for inspiration, especially of the upcoming artists. His art is in the collection of Shanhai Art Museum and Frank Cohen. Chen embarked on painting on a serious note at an early age. From childhood he was a life full of artwork. He could spend his free time drawing, painting and sketching. He has produced quite a number of pieces in a variety of finishing options including framed Lei Chen art. His art is currently found in many collections, galleries, homes and institutions around the world. He has participated in art exhibitions in many locations including but not limited to Pferdeställe des Postfuhramtes, Berlin, Germany, Stadtgalerie Kiel, Kiel, Germany, Shanghai Art Museum, Shanghai, China, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, China, and Kunsthalle Dominikanerkirche, Germany.
