Bullard worked in Law Enforcement for 5 years during which time he was greatly inspired by the people he interacted with. In his early beginnings, the artist started his career as a concept artist and he was working with well known artists such as McNaughton John. Bullard knew that he would be an artist and he put all his effort in trying to achieve his dream. Despite the fact that he’s been an artist for many years, Bullard is still open to learning, and he likes to associate with his fellow artists from whom he learns a lot.
