Charles Fenner (Born in 1968) was born in Los Angeles. His family migrated to the east coast when he was still very young. Fenner loves both New England and the Southwest, particularly for the richness they offer him as an artist working in oils. He hopes to capture the emotions of the human heart in his colorful and dramatic images. There’s a mystic touch to his images. Throughout his life, he’s been engaged in visual arts of one kind or another. The beauty of the trains and the lands, are two things that really move him - so this comprises quite a number of my subject matter. Fenner is an artist with a heart, an eye, and a deep admiration for landscape. Her art is found in numerous corporate and private collections throughout the United States. She’s a Signature member of many professional art societies. He has tried his hands at drawing, design and photography and has been willing to try his hands on anything. Eventually, he discovered oil painting and he realized that he had found his medium. His was born to Don Ball, a renowned author of many best-selling books on trains and a railroad photographer. Throughout his childhood, Fenner was immersed in both railroads and art of all kinds. These days, his love of trains still persists, and he enjoys photographing and painting current railroads throughout the United States. In addition, much of his railroad reference materials are selected from his father’s extensive work. Framed Charles Fenner art hang on the walls of many buildings around the world.
