Framed kids sheep Art
Sheep were among the first animals domesticated and they played a significant role in the evolution of human beings, allowing us to make the transition to a safer lifestyle. The framed sheep art for kids wall art available at FramedArt.com depicts the animals as joyful and a bit shy, mostly surrounded by other friendly creatures.
They almost invite the little ones to pet them and the artists don’t hesitate to color their wool in bright tones, with the result being posters that immediately catch the eye.
Alex Clark has assembled an entire collection of framed sheep art for kids, with his posters being given witty names such as Bartolo, Zeno or Luno. Instead of depicting the animal as it appears in the wild, the artist features sheep as they perform actions that are associated to human beings. Kinna has a similar approach and most of his posters are colored in different shades of green, which brings the light-colored sheep into the spotlight.
In many cultures, sheep are regarded as less intelligent creatures and they are routinely associated with concepts such as timidity and lack of initiative. By contrast, Rams have a more positive image and many sports clubs chose them as their logo, to showcase the idea of virility and strength. Sheep feature in dozens of fables and just like the framed sheep art for kids, they serve educational purpose. They succeed in conveying a powerful message and teach youngsters valuable lessons in a subtle and amusing manner.
