Framed Elephant Artwork for Kids
Elephants are one of the largest creatures in the animal kingdom and surprisingly one of the gentlest. Artists have created many framed elephant art kids pictures that help to share this magnificent creature with children. Elephants aren’t just for an act in the circus anymore; the art models for art.
Shari Beaubien shows children through framed elephant art kids paintings how gentle elephants can be. Her piece titled “Simon” pictures an elephant holding a bouquet of flowers in his mighty trunk and her piece “Sacred Journey” shows an elephant gently carrying a girl on his trunk. Nancy Lee shows that elephants love all creatures with her pink elephant holding a bird on his trunk and two more on his back.
Cheryl Piperberg has taken the famous song “Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star” and made it into a wonderful framed elephant art kids picture with lots of vibrant colors. Paul Brent and Karen Anagnost create pastel elephant pieces that are great for a nursery. Kim Conway takes the opposite approach and creates paintings of elephants that have a plethora of bright colors for children to enjoy.
Many artists chose to stick with the traditional thoughts of elephants and paint them as part of the circus. Some of these artists include, Chariklia Zarris, Lisa Keys, and William Sanchez. Artist like Nathanial Mathers can really get a child’s imagination going with works like “Memories” where children wonder what it is the elephant is remembering about is life. This is definitely fitting because it is said that elephants never forget.
