Dogs Playing Pool

Some artists have a fun side and art lovers seem to like it when it comes dogs playing pool art. One such artist is Arthur Sarnoff who took a hint from the famous dogs playing poker and created his own version of dogs having fun playing a game of billiards instead. And it seems that he’s onto something because a dog playing pool is just as fun!

The most famous off these images, titled “The Hustler” is a great piece featuring six different breeds of dogs. The main character of the painting is the rather large bulldog that is smoking a cigarette while taking his shot at the eight ball. He is being watched by a beer drinking German Shepard, a hat wearing retriever, a beagle with glasses, a pipe smoking Great Dane, and a vest wearing collie. These extra details in the picture, that even further demonstrate the human characteristics of these dogs makes it even more entertaining.
