Claude Langlois was born in The Montreal, Canada. He currently lives south of Munich. He’s a photographer who approaches photography much as he approaches life...with a lot of keenness, intuitively and with free expression. He studied first arts and crafts, proceeded to photography and finally to cinematography. With such a background, his art appeals to a wide cross-section of clients, both corporate and private. He has never stopped pursuing his interest in arts and he has established relationships with fine art galleries. His images have won many national and international awards. He believes that photography is a means through which we can make sense of our experience in our society that’s increasingly rapidly shifting. Langlois was inspired and encouraged by his family. Growing up, he was surrounded by many supportive people including his teachers. He also had access to a collection of artwork that he would pour through over and over again. Langlois soon developed a taste for art photography and set on working towards developing a process for this. His art is in many galleries, museums and prestigious buildings around the world. They are produced in a variety of finishing options including framed Claude Langlois art among others. His early works brought him recognition and critical appreciation in and around Quebec. He has exhibited much in Europe and his unique contemporary art photography on acrylic has made him achieve an artistic interpretation that’s characterized by semi-transparent colored use of shadow and light. For more than 10 years, his work has focused more on photography.
