Framed Hechenberger Wall Art

Hechenberger was known for interactive art, programming, open source, industrial design. His Fellowships and Awards included Carnegie Mellon University STUDIO for Creative Inquiry Resident, Artist-In-Residence Museumqs Quartier Vienna, Advisory Council, Eyebeam Art and Technology Center, Postindustrial Design Resident, Hyperwerk Institute, and CultureLab Fellow. He was born in Innsbruck, Austria. His posters have been used since earliest times. They were in the form of posted bills and placards. The posters were mainly used for announcements and advertising. Hechenberger loved his work. In fact he was always looking forward to more and more collaborations with brands, bloggers, publications and designers. It truly excited him that his work was being appreciated and shared through so many different platforms. He loved art from childhood and managed to win his first art contest at a young age; that’s when he knew he was destined to become an artist. The artist developed his unique style of producing posters, and by the 1890s, this technique had spread throughout Europe. It was during that time that many artists also produced posters. The likes of Jules Chéret and Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec came to be known as the "fathers" of advertisement placards. Hechenberger art continue to cause a lot of excitement among collectors, more so the framed Hechenberger art which they sell at very high prices. Hechenberger worked in the days when the printing industry perfected color lithography and made mass production possible. Poster art had widespread usage in other parts of Europe by the 1890s; they were used to advertise everything from bullfights to bicycles.
