Framed Michelle Clair Wall Art

Michelle Clair was born and raised in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. Living in the wilds of Africa, she was attracted to the wildlife and started painting them professionally. She was drawing on her surroundings for inspiration. Michelle proceeded to college where she took a 3-year Diploma in Graphic Design and Photography. After her graduation, she worked as a studio photographer where she was modeling and advertising before she decided to become a freelance artist specializing in nature and landscape photography. She also does painting and specializes in bird painting, African wildlife, pet portraits, airbrush portraits, and scrimshaw. Her art, especially ready to hang framed Michelle Clair art, are very popular among collectors. That’s why they are found in many public and private collections all over the world. They are also found in galleries, museums and private homes. Michelle has paintings in private collections in Spain, the United States, South Africa, Australia, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. She started exhibition at InnerSpace Gallery in Harare, both group and solo. After a short while, she graduated to participating in 3-group exhibitions held at Zimbabwe House in London. Before the artist emigrated to live in scenic New Zealand, she held several sell out solo exhibitions at venues in Zimbabwe. In New Zealand, she has already has had exhibitions at the Selwyn Gallery in Darfield, and the Akaroa Gallery in beautiful South Island in New Zealand. Michelle went for a professional Airbrush course, and after completion, she now does commissions for airbrush portraits of pets, brides and children.
