Krista Sewell and Silvia Vassileva use the tradition of tea and combine it with the loveliness of the cherry blossom to create their framed Asian tea art pictures titled “Takara Tea Room” and “Green Tea I and II”. Krista Sewell also takes another plant that is famous in Asia and incorporates it into her piece titled “Bamboo Tea Room I”.
For a simpler look with a touch more color art lovers turn to Chariklia Zarris for her framed Asian tea art paintings. Her two most popular pieces are “Ginkgo Tea Pot” and “Willow Tea Pot”. Use simplistic look and vivid colors gives these pieces a certain charm and warmth making them a good addition to any home kitchen.

The concept of Asian tea art dates all the way back to 1822 with a work by Katasushika Hokusai. Deborah Bookman uses a map as a backdrop for her Asian tea art bringing a completely unique twist to the genre. These are very detailed pieces that an art lover can spend a bit of time studying and admiring.
