Pig Framed Art
Domesticated pigs represent one of the most important sources of meat and they have been serving this role for hundreds of years. They were domesticated relatively early and that provided people with a more convenient alternative to boar hunting.
FramedArt.com depict both the wild and domestic animal in its Framed Pig Art collection, as well as the numerous types of pigs related to the common wild boar.
These are highly versatile creatures and they can live in any environment, which explains why they are bred all over the world. It also helps that they eat virtually anything and they gain a lot of weight very fast, which turned them into an effective food mechanism. It would be unfair to relegate these animals to their condition as a source of meat, because they are actually extremely intelligent and social animals. Framed Pig Art does a fine job at reinforcing the theory that pigs are among the most intelligent of all domestic animals, second only to dogs.
The number of live pigs revolves around 1 billion worldwide, fairly at the same rate as goats, yet they are used almost exclusively for meat. Framed Pig Art depicts them as they go about their daily activities, using the snouts to dig into the soil, hoping to find food, on those rare occasions when this is not provided to them by humans. Under normal circumstances, pigs are not aggressive, although they can attack those who make a claim at their food and occasionally pig mothers unintentionally crush the piglets.
